Social Program

On April 1, 2007 the Vision Company launched a new Social Program. Joining it will enable you to apply for targeted subsidies. As you work towards meeting the terms of the Vision Social Program, not only do you get closer to the target while at the same time getting financial assistance from the Company, but also you give a substantial boost to the turnover down your line. Target qualification rank

The program is designed for leaders in the VIP 2 rank and up.

Who’s eligible?

Any distributor who has met his starting conditions and submitted his written application to participate in the program is eligible to conclude a contract with the Company requesting a subsidy.

In the course of six months one must: Have a total turnover in the six levels of no less than CV 150,000, be at least a VIP 2S in four of the six months, and have an average respectability level for the period of no greater than 60%	15,000
In the course of six months one must: Have a total turnover in the six levels of no less than CV 250,000, be at least a VIP 2S in four of the six months, and have an average respectability level for the period of no greater than 60%	25,000
In the course of six months one must: Have a total turnover in the six levels of no less than CV 400,000, be at least a VIP 4S in four of the six months, and have an average respectability level for the period of no greater than 60%	35,000
In the course of six months one must: be at least a VIP-Master, and have an average respectability level for the period of no greater than 60%	50,000

Contractual relations

As he meets his starting prerequisites, a distributor may sign a contract with the Company providing for the latter’s subsidizing a certain portion of his investment package.
To this end, he must submit a written application where he specifies the purpose of his participation in the program (in financing meeting what exactly social needs the distributor seeks assistance: a piece of real property, a car or a training package).
The distributor does not receive cash in hand. Upon termination of the program, the subsidy in the amount specified in the contract is to be transferred to the account of the organization which renders its services (sells its goods) to the distributor or - in very rare cases - to the distributor’s personal account (such individual cases are also possible, but the Company has to receive proof of the fact that the funds are to be used in a targeted manner).

Determining subsidy amounts

The amount of the subsidy to be granted is calculated as a percentage of the amount of individual investment packages (IP):

Additionally, in the course of the main phase of the Social Program qualifying distributors are required to maintain their rank in the following fashion:

in order to be eligible for an investment package of 15,000$ and 25,000$: in any eight of the twelve months of the main phase they must be at least in the VIP 2S qualification rank;
in order to be eligible for an investment package of 35,000$: in any eight of the twelve months of the main phase they must be at least in the VIP 4S qualification rank; and
in order to be eligible for an investment package of 50,000$: in each of the twelve months of the main phase they must to be at least in the VIP-Master qualification rank.
