Equity Bonuses

The Equity program provides additional financial stimulation to distributor activities by paying special bonuses.

Four kinds of bonuses are provided for:

Successful distributors who can qualify to participate in the distribution of the Partner Bonus 2006 must meet the following requirements:

This being the case, the Partner Bonus is to be distributed proportionally to the total turnover achieved by all the distributors at the six downline levels during the VIP M completion months. The respective turnover increase multiplying ratio (1.1-1.6) applies with respect to the corresponding months during which the VIP M1S – VIP Super Star qualifications are to be completed.

Basic principles:

  • A «Discovery Team» to open the country shall be formed according to qualificational requirements.
  • Distributors who are team members shall receive a bonus in proportion to the commodity turnover of the given country’s distributors who are at the first six levels. The total amount of the bonus shall be a percentage of the given country’s commodity turnover.

Jump Bonus

This bonus is paid to successful start-up leaders who demonstrate high growth rates. Vision Career Plan qualification requirements constitute the basis for accruing the bonus.

Effective as of January 2008, the Jump Bonus amount payable to distributors in the VIP 1S and VIP 2S ranks has been increased!

Listed below are the new terms and conditions to receive the Jump Bonus: 

- c.u. 250.00 for achieving the VIP 1S qualification provided it was closed in the course of the first two months you worked in the Company; 
- c.u. 1,000.00 for achieving the VIP 2S qualification provided it was closed in the course of the first four months you worked in the Company; 
- c.u. 3,000.00 for achieving the VIP 4S qualification provided it was closed in the course of the first eight months you worked in the Company; 
- c.u. 10,000.00 for achieving the VIP MASTER qualification provided it was closed in the course of the first twelve months you worked in the Company.
(The new terms and conditions apply to distributors who have entered their contracts since 1 January 2008.)

The first three bonuses are not summed up. The greater bonus absorbs the smaller.
