Vision Career Plan

Career plan has been in effect since January 1st 2005.

There are two distinct concepts not to be confused:

• Fulfillment of a qualification requirement: in the course of one month for any qualification category, and
• Closing out of a qualification: in the course of one, two, four, and/or six moths running, respectively.

At least CV 190 worth of qualifying purchase order.

CAREER PLAN DESCRIPTION

VIP Qualification Category: in order to fulfill the VIP qualification and get a 10% commission on the downline’s commodities turnover at the sixth level, the following requirements shall be met over the course of one qualifying month:

• You must have placed a qualifying order; and
• at the first level of your downline structure, you must have five distributors who have placed their qualifying orders in the current month.

VIP 1 Qualification Category:
How to fulfill this qualification requirement. In order to earn your bonus from the 7th level to infinity in the amount of 1% of your downline’s commodities turnover, the following requirements shall be met over the course of one qualifying month:

• Be a VIP yourself;
• Have at the first downline level two or three VIP distributors; and
• Have a CV 3,800 (equivalent to 20 qualifying orders at CV 190 each) worth of commodities turnover in the six distributor downlines.

How to close out this qualification: In order to close out this qualification and receive a VIP 1insignia, the above achievements shall be kept up during one month.

VIP 2 Qualification Category:
How to fulfill this qualification requirement. In order to earn your bonus from the 7th level to infinity in the amount of 2% of your downline’s commodities turnover, the following requirements shall be met over the course of one qualifying month:

• Be a VIP yourself;
• Have at the first downline level four to five VIP distributors;
• Have in the first distributor downline two qualifying branches with a minimum of CV 3,800 (equivalent to 20 qualifying orders at CV 190 each) worth of commodities turnover in each branch in the six downlines; and
• Have a CV 15,200 worth of commodities turnover in the six distributor downlines (equivalent to 80 qualifying orders at CV 190 each).

How to close out this qualification: In order to close out this qualification and receive a VIP 2 insignia, the above achievements shall be kept up during two month.

VIP 4 Qualification Category:
How to fulfill this qualification requirement. In order to earn your bonus from the 7th level to infinity in the amount of 4% of your downline’s commodities turnover, the following requirements shall be met over the course of one qualifying month:

• Be a VIP yourself;
• Have at the first downline level six to nine VIP distributors;
• Have in the first distributor downline four qualifying branches with a minimum of CV 7,600 (equivalent to 40 qualifying orders at CV 190 each) worth of commodities turnover in each branch; and
• Have a CV 45,600 worth of commodities turnover in the six distributor downlines (equivalent to 240 qualifying orders at CV 190 each).

How to close out this qualification: In order to close out this qualification and receive a VIP 4 insignia, the above achievements shall be kept up during four months.

VIP-MASTER Qualification Category
How to fulfill this qualification requirement. In order to earn your bonus from the 7th level to infinity in the amount of 6% of your downline’s commodities turnover, the following requirements shall be met over the course of one qualifying month:

• Be a VIP yourself;
• Have at the first downline level a minimum of ten VIP distributors;
• Have in the first distributor downline six qualifying branches with a minimum of CV 11,400 (equivalent to 60 qualifying orders at CV 190 each) worth of commodities turnover in each branch; and
• Have a CV 114,000 worth of commodities turnover in the six distributor downlines (equivalent to 600 qualifying orders at CV 190 each).

How to close out this qualification: In order to close out this qualification and receive a VIP-MASTER insignia, the above achievements shall be kept up during six months.

VIP SUPER STAR Qualification Category: to close out the qualification, the following requirements shall be met in the course of 12 months:

• be a VIP-MASTER;
• Have at the first downline level a minimum of six distributors in the VIP-MASTER qualification category.

VIP Bonuses earned from each individual level shall not be added together. Distributors are only entitled to the bonuses that are payable to them conforming to the qualification category they have achieved.

VIP Levels: Respective qualification insignia shall be given to distributors who have closed out the respective qualification. Commission fees shall be paid out on a monthly basis.
